Modeling session - Bakersfield Photographer

While in Vegas for WPPI, I got to meet up with my good friend Beth from Austin. :) It's so awesome getting to see her after 12 long years and getting the chance to re-connect with big hugs and a photo shoot! She's currently at the Rio and brought along her friend Amanda to do a quick photo shoot with Jennifer Williams and I for portfolio work. Here are all of my favorites...these girls worked it out and we had so much fun! Thanks again Beth and Mu :)

We found such a cool location to work with near our original spot, the Gypsy Den. Maureen, the owner, was gracious enough to let us come hang out in the eclectic array of chairs, doors, and awesome props. It took us a while to notice this Stratosphere wall connected with the real thing! How cool is that?

Fashion/Bridal Shoot - Bakersfield Photographer

I've come to the conclusion that I LOVE styling photo shoots and using my creativity and vision to showcase my view on the world. When Ashley contacted me about doing another photo shoot together, I jumped on the chance to work with local vendors and see what we could come up with. My main concept was color and revolved heavily around the use of the beautiful yellow damask chaise lounge from Little White Dress. Add to it smoking hot dresses and the beautiful colors of nature, and here's what we came up with:

Snow & 4 Awesome Bakersfield Photographers!

A while back, four 20-something people who have a passion for photography combined their talents and somehow became...the Fantastic Four. Seriously. No Joke. We have super powers. I can fly and sometimes wear my cape to photoshoots.

Seriously though, I've had the awesome privelege of connecting with Jen Will Photography, Patrick Ang Photography, and J.Andrew Photography. We might be an interesting group, but somehow we all get one another and have had some pretty fun times so far. Last week, we stuffed ourselves in a car with too much equipment, winter gear and scarves (thanks Jen!) and headed up to Shirley Meadows with 3 models to have some fun in the snow.
